Resume format
Please note that submitting your resume to our database may not be enough to ensure we recognize your many talents. We use a variety of tools and methods to search our resume database for the most competitive candidates, most involving key-word searches. If your resume is not formatted for key-word searches within a contemporary resume database we might just overlook it.
