Achieve business growth and Margin Excess growth through new sales of qualified retirement plans.  Work to achieve personal goals and implement sales strategies to establish productive and long term working relationships with channel partners and retirement plan sponsors.

Responsibilities

Achieve personal margin excess objectives through personal production by establishing effective and long term working relationships with channel partners, retirement plan sponsors and internal sales support staff.  Develop new sources of business, and demonstrate product expertise and knowledge of competition in order to increase sales.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years of sales and service experience in the retirement plans field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or related experience.
  • Professional certification required: FINRA Series 6 (and 63 if state required) or Series 65 within six months of hire.
