This is a unique opportunity to flaunt your recruiting and project management skills. You’ll be a key partner in identifying and championing Talent Acquisition strategies that enhance our customer, candidate and internal Talent Acquisition team experience.

Responsibilities

 You’ll contribute to The Standard's success by:

    • Partnering with leaders to develop hiring profiles, and stretching your creative sourcing muscles to ensure strong external and internal pipelines for one of The Standard’s key functional talent groups.
    • Bringing your project management skills to creatively manage sourcing and talent acquisition projects which include The Standard’s internship program, campus recruiting events and elevating social media strategies.
    • Positioning yourself as a Talent expert by coaching and guiding hiring managers through a candidate-centric experience.

Qualifications

Education:  Undergraduate degree in business, human resources or related field.

 

Experience:

1 - 3 years progressively responsible experience in a Talent Acquisition role, 3-5 + years progressively responsible experience within Human Resources, with a focus in program management, talent acquisition and client management. Successful track record of leading sourcing efforts, that deliver high quality hires to an organization.


Proven experience leveraging varying forms of recruitment technology and techniques such as social media, open web sourcing and others to identify and engage talent. Ability to utilize ATS and CRM tools to improve efficiency and quality of the hiring process.

 

Team player that thrives in a low-ego collaborative team environment.
