The role of Paralegal is a crucial role in our Legal and Compliance Department. If you enjoy working in a team environment and have an interest in learning insurance transactional work, this could be the position for you!

Support our in-house litigation team in the delivery of legal services to the Company by providing effective litigation support in all phases of the litigation process. Assist Division attorneys by conducting legal research; gathering and summarizing records, analyzing issues, complying with legal process in accordance with the law and corporate standard; locating, organizing and preparing discovery materials and assisting attorneys in the management of litigation; and researching and drafting documents under the direction of the Division attorneys that comply with federal and state laws. Work closely with attorneys, other paralegals, and the Company in a team environment to assist in rendering exceptional customer service.
Education: Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies preferred.
Experience: 2-4 years progressively responsible work experience in a law office/department, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience. Paralegal certificate preferred.
