    We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager who is laser focused on providing an unforgettable service experience. If working in a collaborative environment and being a part of an organization that see’s Sales and Service as one team, this might be the perfect match for you!

    Responsibilities

    -Develop and manage effective relationships with key policyholders and producers

    -Organize face-to-face visits with identified clients prior to each renewal, recommending coverage or appropriate contractual changes

    -Cultivate strong partnerships with Sales and Underwriting to customize strategies to each account, supporting persistency goals

    -Negotiate rates, contract provisions and administrative issues with Regional or National Accounts

    -Aggressively pursue opportunities to improve profitability and retention, including additional lines of coverage and plan improvements on your assigned block of business

    Qualifications

     

     Education: Bachelor’s degree

     

    Experience: Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible work experience in group insurance administration, benefits, underwriting or actuarial areas. Experiencing working in the 500+ lives arena.

     

    Professional certification required: Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory. License must be obtained within 6 months of hire date.

     

    Other: Personal automobile is available for business use with adequate insurance and a safe driving record.
