Standard Insurance Company is looking for experienced benefits enrollers (on a contract basis),  


We offer a competitive per-diem rate.  We are interested in connecting with enrollers all across the United States, and are especially interested in enrollers seeking seasonal, part-time work that live in the following areas:


  • MINNESOTA ( St. Paul)
  • KANSAS (Dodge City, Wichita)
  • MISSOURI- (St. Louis)
  • NEW YORK (City/ Long Island)
  • ALABAMA (Birmingham)
  • CALIFORNIA (Fresno/Bakersfield)

You'll represent The Standard in attending employer enrollment meetings and being familiar in our benefits offerings in order to educate employees of our client companies in our benefits offerings.


Must possess appropriate licensing.

Minority and Women owned business  (MBE/WBE) Certified enrollers preferred.

Bi-lingual skills in any language desired.


Strong accountability and professionalism and a true desire to help employees get educated on their benefits.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to articulate benefits offerings.


Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, employment, educational and licensing verifications.
