This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) organization, including the execution of department processes and procedures, the handling of operational procurement activities and the tracking of procurement spend and incoming requests to identify opportunities. Primarily interfaces with internal stakeholders in addition to support organizations, like Corporate Financial Services, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance and Information Technology.


This role includes the management of supplier risk through the Financial Reputation and Risk Review program, analyzing and interpreting supplier and budget data to provide insights and recommendations that inform the group’s procurement strategies and planning processes. Additional duties include supporting category value analysis, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) activities, tracking of incoming requests and cost savings reporting for the department.


This position also requires oversight and management of workflow tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and collaboration applications (e.g. SharePoint), helping users with issues, troubleshooting problems, executing and deploying application training. You must be an absolute self-starter with strong project management skills and possess the ability to effectively manage multiple demands of your time and resources to deliver results to the business.



  • Receive, assign and track incoming requests via the enterprise supplier intake process; use customer service skills to provide high level of support to internal stakeholders (20%)
  • Primary point of contact, system administrator and subject matter expert for all applications related to sourcing, contracting and analysis (20%)
  • Collects, analyzes, consolidates and organizes supplier spend, budget and risk assessment data from multiple sources. Ensures data integrity and accuracy. (10%)
  • Pull and analyze annual, semi-annual, and quarterly spend reporting and trends (10%)
  • Manages periodic reporting to internal company stakeholders and senior leadership (10%)
  • Obtain and organize supplier spend information to report on category sourcing results (10%)
  • Support category value analysis and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analytical activities (10%)
  • Maintain accurate supplier information in Lawson ERP system and other related applications (10%)

  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field (e.g. Economics, Business Administraion, Finance) strongly preferred.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. This includes analytical skills and attention to detail. Sourcing or procurement experience desired, but not required. Research, analysis and finance skills preferred; proficiency with Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with workflow products applications (e.g. ServiceNow) and sourcing applications (e.g. IBM Emptoris, SAP Ariba) preferred.
  3. Specific Skills Sets: Ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier risk assessments, spend / budget analysis, data analytics and reporting, system administration and project / program management.
  4. Professional certification required: PMP or equivalent is preferred
