    The Standard is on a multi-year program to modernize key infrastructure and business systems as well as transform how we deploy and operate key Infrastructure systems.  These programs are in flight now and we have an immediate need for a team member to help drive the Infrastructure.  You will be working with a team of Infrastructure Engineers and other discipline Engineers.  Together you will provide design, automation implementation, capacity planning, and Engineering level support of a suite of Infrastructure products.


    As an Infrastructure Engineer you will help set the direction for the various environments in partnership with the Enterprise Architects and our Developer community.  You will work with multiple large-scale upgrade/migration projects including Hyperconverged infrastructure, VMware environment, Storage as well as RHEL and Windows Server operating systems.  Position will also provide mentorship and technical support to our Infrastructure operations teams, create and maintain system documentation, drive next generation Identity management for our customers, and help drive automation into our infrastructure.


    Additionally, the position involves research, tool development and documentation for future infrastructure environments. The successful candidate will provide escalation services to the core production support team by apply performance diagnostic expertise, reviews best practices and drives efficiency programs. In this position, candidates will be resolving complex issues involving infrastructure products.



    • Minimum of 1-5 years’ experience administering enterprise Infrastructure platforms
    • Curious and driven to acquire new skills autonomously.
    • Strong experience with automation methodologies and processes
      • Development experience with dynamic languages, like Python, Ruby, etc.
      • Configuration management with Ansible, etc.
      • Test driven development and deployment.
      • Agile and Scrum a plus
    • Experience working with one or more of the following:
      • RHEL and/or Windows Server Operating Systems
      • VMware, VCenter, docker
      • Experience with cloud delivery a plus
    • Strong, proven performance diagnostic skills
    • Strong experience in providing assistance and training to infrastructure operations teams, local and offshore.
    • Self-starter with an innate ability to adapt to change and motivated to champion the continuous improvement
    • Demonstrably solid written and verbal communication skills to drive projects to successful conclusion.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
