Provide high level administrative support for department or group of professionals.
Receive, classify, reconcile, interpret, consolidate, distribute and/or summarize complex documents and information. Assist with preparation and distribution of department memos, letters, reports and presentation material. Photocopy documents. Update and maintain web pages.
Maintain records and balance information. Prepare a variety of reports, statistics, or other information as requested, drawing from a variety of sources within and outside of the department. Fill out tax and financial forms, and process accounts payable and receivable for the department.
Provide assistance with calendaring, setting up and preparing for meetings, travel arrangements. Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail. Implement and maintain a filing system. Order and maintain supplies.
Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors. Respond to inquiries from the public and/or employees in regard to department policies and procedures.
Perform special projects.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: One year demonstrated customer service experience; demonstrated ability to complete a variety of high volume tasks timely and accurately; accurate keyboarding of 20-30 wpm; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
