The Systems Analyst/Salesforce Administrator will lead the ongoing development of The Standard’s Salesforce.com deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform, including release management, sandbox management, administration of App Exchange Packages, and overall support of Salesforce in a large enterprise. The administrator will work closely with IT and functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes including: Sales, Service, Onboarding/Enrollments, and other core program business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
