-Develop and implement strategies and business plans supporting overall growth goals including persistency and profitability.
-Develop and lead a group of talented Account Managers, Specialists and Sales Coordinators in multiple locations.
-Model a collaborative approach between the Sales and Service team(s), ensuring a successful client experience.
-Attend finalist presentations and regularly accompany the service team on broker and/or customer visits, providing feedback to the team to support ongoing development.
-Work closely with the Sr. Director, Field Service to monitor progress of KPI’s, making adjustments where needed.
-Travel to satellite offices a minimum of once a month and as needed to ensure process consistency and staff engagement.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years experience in supervision, preferably in the Employee Benefits field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
Professional certification required: Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory and the state of New York.
Other: Personal automobile is available for business use with adequate insurance and a safe driving record.
