    We are looking for our next Employee Benefits Sales Interns for Summer 2019. Locations include: CA, WA, IL, TX, NC, MD, CT, MI, ATL.


    In The Standard’s Sales Internship you will:


    • Be given a taste of our sales training program, allowing a preview of life as a Standard Sales Representative through a hands-on 10-week paid internship
    • Learn about The Standard’s products, services and sales approach through on the job experience, online courses and lunch and learns from Senior and Executive Leaders
    • Make an impact on our business through various projects and assigned initiatives
    • Use your increasing knowledge, combined with your passion for sales, people and relationships to participate in sales roll plays and go out on actual sales calls with Senior Sales Reps

    Qualified Applicants MUST:

    • Be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business/Marketing/Finance, but all majors considered.
    • Have a passion for sales.
    • Commensurate PC skills (Microsoft office, Sales management tools etc.).
    • Must be insurable under corporate insurance carrier.
