    Responsibilities

    Analyzes changes and assesses resulting impacts to division.  Ensures division is adequately prepared to accept changes.  Takes lead role in representing division for assigned business processes, applications, projects and initiatives through interface with other functional units across the business, ensuring the division’s interests and needs are known and accommodated.  Communicates relevant information to management team and solicits input and feedback regarding upcoming changes.   Engages internal and external communication, subject matter experts and management as needed to drive effective change management solutions.  Takes lead role in planning and executing process, technology and systems initiatives impacting assigned business units and functions

    Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE:  Adept at utilizing change management practices and methodologies to achieve business results.  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with respect to business process design, technology solutions and application of operational and financial data.

     

    JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel.  

     

    SUPERVISION: Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

     

    EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a business environment.  Demonstrated success managing stakeholders, change initiatives and applying process improvement methods in a team based work environment.  Strong interpersonal communication skills.   Professional Change Management Certification preferred.
